DESCRIPTION
NOVOHIB 110 by its composition falls is a multicomponent inhibitor with components for anticorrosion protection of all structural materials that come into contact with water and is especially designed for turbine condenser cooling systems. Components are present in such a mutual relationship that provide synergistic effects. It also contains dispersing agents for preventing the formation of lime scale –deposits of alkaline earth metals on the surfaces of the heat exchange.
SCOPE OF USE
It is used for corrosion protection and antiscaling:
- Open circulation turbine condenser cooling systems
- Installations with advanced corrosion,
- Other low temperature cooling installations and high capacity.
Especially recommended for use in systems containing steel, copper, zinc and their alloys.

DOSING INSTRUCTIONS
The inhibitor is dosed as delivered or in a familiar dissolution.
First dosing to perform the passivation of the system is dosed in a concentration of 60 g / m3.
It is necessary to install a water meter to the intake supply line system and to track the amount of added water with respect to which the inhibitor is added .
For successful protection from lime scale deposition recommended concentrations are 5-25/g/m3
For successful protection from corrosion recommended concentrations are up to 50 g/m3
The most effective concentrations depend on the parameters of the system and they are defined by monitoring of the system
The dosage is done manually or by dosing pumps ..
During emergency system discharge and a need for system dry for some time, it remains protected from oxygen corrosion for a period of at least 30 days.
TOXICITY
Concentrations that are recommended are not toxic either for humans or livestock. It does not affect chemical and biological processes of wastewater treatment. It does not favor microbiological growth neither within the system nor in the effluent.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It is recommended to store indoors at 10 ¸ 30 ° C. Freezing I reconstituting of the agent does not affect its continued application . The manufacturer guarantees the accuracy of the product within 12 months from the date of delivery.
